In August 2016 the project of delivery of mobile concrete plant Sumab K-60 with special mobile horizontal cement silo to Accra, Ghana, for company Amandico was finished. This is the second project of delivery Sumab equipment to this company.
Mobile horizontal cement silo SUMAB S-60 is a modern solution in a construction area.
The main advantage of horizontal silo is a possibility of it's transportation to a work area on a truck or in container.
There are possible all types of transportation of a horizontal silo: automobile, railway or sea transport. It's dimensions don't exceed the established norms for transportation.
The installation of a horizontal cement silo SUMAB S-60 on a work area occurs by means of a sliding frame with four support legs thus there is no need to prepare the foundation.
For transportation of a horizontal silo the support legs are raised to the required height, so that a truck or semi-trailer could drive under them.
Next the silo is lowered to a platform of truck, support legs are disconnected and frame is pushed into a silo housing.
Silo is full completed with all necessary elements (filter, inner cement screw conveyor, outer cement screw conveyor, electric control system), which don't require additional installation.
